Tiredness is a condition that usually tells that it is time for you to take your break, rest and regain your lost strength. Sleeping right must be a top priority so that tiredness can be prevented. It is during your sleep, especially night sleep, that your body is able to restore its used up energy.

When your body is not properly fueled, tiredness also occurs. Proper body fuels are healthy foods that must be consumed at the right amount and during the most appropriate times. Never skip breakfast, as this first meal of the day that gives strength and energy necessary to perform your daily tasks. Think and live positively to avoid stress and depression that may also cause your tiredness.
